Te Maunga Shire

Market day, Last Friday our school hosted market day.it was a fun day were all the students showed their marketing skills to their friends and family. It was enjoyable and everyone had a smile on their face all day. You could buy things like teddies, hacky sacks and even things like decorated jars. All students earned gongs as a source of money from doing jobs and working hard on their ventures. The ventures were all well done and presented perfectly. Some students even participated in being part of the government or bank/warehouse managers. The most challenging part of market day for them was making sure they gave people the right money exchange and getting useless complaints from people thinking the import tax was too high when they were creating ventures.
